This free introductory session is designed to help you see how a class is structured, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a StumpTown S&C workout. You will gain instruction in basic movements, and experience examples of how we design workouts for each individual. This class is only for people who are new to our gym and are interested in potentially joining. Please fill out the contact form below.
Following the FREE session, each person is required to complete our Foundations Course. This program is designed for people new to the gym, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These fundamental sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes. If you have prior workout experience you may bypass the course.
Following completion of the Foundations course you may choose a membership option of your choice and come to any class offered on our schedule. The workouts will still be scaled to your individual ability but you will be able to participate in the regular classes. Foundations will provide you with the confidence you need to be able to come into regular classes.
